HOLY CONFESSION During Great Lent, Holy Confession will be offered on Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m.(before Presancitified Liturgy) and Fridays at 6:00 p.m. (before the Salutations to the Holy Theotokos).
CHALLENGE LITURGY AND FELLOWSHIP On Saturday, March 20, there will be the monthly Challenge Liturgy for those with intellectual and physical challenges, their families and friends. The Liturgy will be at 9:30 a.m. followed by Fellowship. Please join us for this important Liturgy in support of our brothers and sisters.
GREAT LENTEN BOOK DISCUSSION Held Wednesday evenings during the Great Fast. Presanctified Liturgy at 6:30 p.m. followed by a Lenten Supper and te presentation on Fr. Michael Pomazansky's book Orthodox Dogmatic Theology. Join us to learn about the essentials of the Orthodox Faith!
SALT TALKS The SALT Talks (Sunday Afternoon Lenten Talks) will be held each Sunday during Great Lent from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. These Lenten talks are for students from 12 to 18 years of age and will deal with spiritual messages in the context of their lives and experience.
LADIES PHILOPTOCHOS The Ladies Philoptochos Society wants you to become a member if you have not already joined us! Volunteer Circles are now forming to support the following ministries: Outreach, Spiritual Enrichment, Liturgical, Hospitality, & Special Projects. ANNUAL SPRING FESTIVAL The annual St. George Spring Fesitval is fast aproaching. It will take place on April 30, May 1 and May 2. Many volunteers will be needed. Please give of your time to volunteer at the festival. Contact Catherine Sarlis in the Church Office at 301-469-7990.
